Thanks for using HEIC to JPEG Auto Converter. Here’s how it works and how to get help.

Getting started
Click the app’s icon in your menu bar, choose Add folder…, and pick a folder to watch (for example, Downloads). Approve the one-time access prompt. From then on, any HEIC or HEIF file that appears in that folder is automatically converted to a JPEG saved right next to it. Your original files are never changed or deleted.

Where does the JPEG go?
Right beside the original, with the same name.

Are my originals deleted?
No. The HEIC file is always kept.

Does it convert files already in the folder?
Yes. It converts existing HEIC files as well as new ones.

Can I pause it?
Yes. Use Pause in the menu, and Resume when you’re ready.

Is my data private?
Everything happens on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded or collected. See the Privacy Policy.
